first The hero gets a challenge.
second The hero struggles against obstacles.
third The hero wins (though sometimes unexpectedly;).
this plot you can use for your next presentation. Suppose you present a product. This might look like this:
first Your customer is faced with a challenge (of course before one for which your product provides the solution).
second Your client tried in vain to overcome obstacles (so you can introduce all the problems that are solved by features of your product ultimately).
3. Your customer receives your product, and wins.
This is definitely more interesting than a presentation of Schedule:
"Our product offers the following features:
1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th
How could you present your product fit for the hero-plot?
