my second project in book / illustration is to illustrate the emperor's new clothes. Here are the first character studies. I put the story with animals in order to symbolize wisdom, deceit or stupidity.
you can also see the first draft, how the book will be designed. I will work with list pages, which cover only the illustrations and folded away to reveal surprises. So since excited!
with the results of the scans I am not satisfied that definitely needs to be improved even more!
