Was fördert und bereichert das Kreativverständnis?

Wenn nun User dieses Bedürfniss nach Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeiten haben, muss dies gefördert werden. Welcher Art ist die große Frage. Grundlegend muss eine gewisse Transparenz herrschen, natürlich ganz ungezwungen. Wenn User untereinander wissen wer was macht ist es ein großer Schritt Richtung kreativer Austausch. Wir denken diese "Statusanzeige" sollte nicht auf der virtuellen Ebene geschehen, sondern analog erkennbar sein. Auf der anderen Seite muss man die Privatsphäre respektieren. Vielen ist die absolute Offenheit auch zu viel, eine gewisse Abgrenzung wird gewünscht. Beide Umstände zu kombinieren fühlt sich wie ein Drahtseilakt an.
Die ersten Interviews fanden mit drei Jugendlichen statt, die bei der öffentlichen betahaus Führung mitgemacht haben und Interesse für ein Arbeitsplatz zeigten. Seit 5 Jahren schon studieren wir beide Gestaltung an der HTW. So gespannt wie ihr nun vor dem Rechner sitzt und denkt was erwartet mich, so gespannt saßen wir in der Aufnahmeprüfung. Gespannt what to expect.
